PURPOSES OF TRAINING

The following are the major objectives of training as follows:
1. To train the employees in the company culture pattern. 
2. To train the employees to increase their volume and quality of output. This also brings about betterment in work methods or skills.
 3. To train the employee for promotion and transfer to higher positions. 
4. To train the bright but non-performing employee in the establishment of his goals training may consist of instructions in initiative and drive. 
5. To train the employee toward better job adjustment and high morale. 
6. Development of effective work habits and methods of work reduce supervision, eliminate wastage and brings down accidents
